• Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order confirmation emails indicate we've received your order, not that it has shipped. You'll receive a separate dispatch/tracking notification once your order is on its way.
• Please double-check your delivery address and contact details at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Winkly does not store your full card or payment credentials.

We currently ship only within India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. In summary: damaged items are eligible for return/refund, and size-related issues are eligible for a free exchange only — both require unboxing photo/video proof and must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

We try to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, or minor manufacturing differences. Such minor variations do not qualify as "damaged" or "defective" under our Return Policy.

All content on this Site — including the Winkly name, logo, product photography, graphics, and text — is the property of Winkly and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winkly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.
