Shipping Policy

India Only

Winkly currently ships only within India. We're not able to accept or fulfil orders with a delivery address outside India at this time.

Every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation and tracking details by email once your order ships.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, or write to us at hey.winkly@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send it over.

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen due to courier network issues, weather, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods (like sale season). We'll keep you updated if your order is significantly delayed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please remember: proof matters. Record your unboxing on video or take clear photos immediately, and see our Return & Exchange Policy for next steps. If a parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
